Corey Rocchiccioli is a Western Australian off-spinner who has steadily built a reputation as one of the leading red-ball spin options outside Australia’s Test setup. A right-arm off-break bowler, he made his first-class debut for Western Australia against South Australia in September 2021 and quickly became key to a side that won three consecutive Sheffield Shield titles. Though primarily a specialist bowler, he famously announced himself in his debut season with a clutch 29-ball 50 at No. 10 in the 2021–22 Shield Final.

His breakthrough season came in 2023–24, when Rocchiccioli claimed 46 wickets to finish as WA’s leading wicket-taker, the most by a state spinner in 55 years. His ability to extract steep bounce from the WACA became a hallmark of his bowling, leading to his maiden first-class five-wicket haul against Queensland. While primarily known for his red-ball achievements, Rocchiccioli has expanded his white-ball game, making his List A debut in 2025 for WA and appearing in the Big Bash League (BBL) for the Melbourne Renegades (2022–23) and Melbourne Stars (2023–24).

Rocchiccioli has since emerged as a top candidate in Australia's long-term Test pipeline alongside Todd Murphy. He gained further experience playing for Warwickshire in the 2025 County Championship before delivering a match-winning 6/83 for Cricket Australia XI against Bangladesh in Darwin in mid-2026. Shortly after, he was selected for Australia A's tour of India, where he continued his push for higher honors with four wickets (1st innings) in the opening unofficial Test in Puducherry.
