A decent total from Afghanistan in the end. The last five overs of big hitting really boosted up the score. The spinners were hard to get away, the seamers went the distance. See if Bangladesh can chase this down shortly.

Afghanistan were too good for the Tigers today. Outplayed them in all three departments. They got the momentum in the back end of their batting innings with some lusty blows, then took that into their bowling. Bangladesh slump to a dismal loss, and will need to improve if they are to get back on track. Join us for the second game in the series on Tuesday to see if they can level things up.
