What looks like an under-par score could have been slightly worse if not for the late blitz in the last couple of overs and 43 from Tamim Iqbal at the top. They will have to bowl well if they are to defend this total and they will be looking to contain the explosive openers in the powerplay.

Shenwari got them into a good position though with 49 but the game was always in the balance until the last over. Bangladesh will have to look at their batting, especially against spin, as it was the second time they under performed.
Afghanistan have clinched the series with one game to go on Thursday. Can Bangladesh claw back some pride or will Afghanistan complete a whitewash?
