Decent total from New Zealand. It was a slow start, but Munro and Phillips got things going with two quickfire fifties. Handy cameos from a few others have got the Kiwis to 187, which will be a tough score to chase. It is a fast outfield though, and West Indies have plenty of firepower in their batting. Still could go either way.

Brathwaite spearing in a yorker at the base of middle after Southee shuffles across. He swipes the bat across the line, and gets a luck inside edge that runs away fine.
OUT! Caught & Bowled. Carlos Brathwaite to Doug Bracewell. Half volley, off stump on the front foot driving, back to bowler, by Brathwaite. Wickets starting to tumble for New Zealand now. It is another terrific grab from Brathwaite, stooping low in his follow-through to snap up the opportunity. Bracewell chips a drive back, and is on his way after one ball.

Not a great delivery, but it still brings about the wicket. Knee high full toss, and Taylor totally mis-hits it down the throat of deep mid wicket. Easily pouched by the fielder.

The T20I series starts as the other two formats have done, and in fact every game between these two sides in the past few weeks. This Kiwi team is just far better than their opposition. Colin Munro and Glenn Phillips stood out with the bat, and there were contributions from everyone with the ball.
