সুষমা স্বরাজের আকস্মিক প্রয়াণ দেশের জন্য বড় ক্ষতি বললেন গম্ভীর

হৃদরোগে আক্রান্ত হয়ে আচমকাই চলে গেলেন ভারতের প্রাক্তন বিদেশমন্ত্রী সুষমা স্বরাজ। বয়স হয়েছিল ৬৭ বছর। মঙ্গলবার রাত সাড়ে আটটা নাগাদ বুকে ব্যথা নিয়ে দিল্লির এমইস হাসপাতালে তাঁকে ভর্তি করা হলেও বাঁচানো যায়নি। প্রাক্তন বিদেশমন্ত্রীর প্রয়াণে রাজনৈতিক মহলে শোকের ছায়া। বিজপির মহিলা নেত্রীদের মধ্যে অন্যতম প্রধান মুখ ছিলেন সুষমা। মোদী সরকারের আমলে বিদেশমন্ত্রককে অন্য উচ্চতায় নিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন তিনি।

সুষমার প্রয়াণের শোক প্রকাশ করেছে ক্রিকেটমহল। টুইটে প্রাক্তন ভারতীয় ক্রিকেটার তথা পূর্ব দিল্লির সাংসদ গৌতম গম্ভীর লিখেছেন, 'সুষমা জীর আকস্মিক প্রয়াণ দেশের জন্য বড় ক্ষতি। তাঁর প্রয়াণের আমার শোকপ্রকাশের কোনও ভাষা নেই। বিজেপির মহিলা নেত্রীদের মধ্যে অন্যতম পিলার ছিলেন স্বরাজ। অজীবন তাঁর কাজের জন্য মানুষের মনে তিনি অমর থাকবেন। সুষমা দেবীর পরিবারকে সমবেদনা জানাই।'
